What's not included in the plan price

Published setup and subscription fees cover the Skolzo platform. Budget separately for pass-through and usage-based costs below — Indian schools often ask about these after seeing the headline price.

  • WhatsApp & SMS

    Conversation and SMS charges are billed by Meta / your SMS provider. Skolzo integrates; message delivery costs are separate from your plan fee.

  • Telephony & AI voice

    Plans include monthly minute quotas (e.g. 500 on Professional, 2,000 on Premium). Additional telephony, transcription, or AI voice usage may incur overage or provider charges.

  • Payment gateway (fee collection)

    When parents pay admission or tuition fees online, Razorpay (or your gateway) charges a standard processing fee — typically ~2% + GST per transaction. That revenue goes to your school, not Skolzo.

  • API & AI add-ons

    Plans include API request quotas. Beyond quota: from ₹0.05–₹0.10 per request by tier, or optional credit packs (from ₹299 for 1,000 API calls; AI packs from ₹499).

  • Directory advertising (optional)

    Public listing visibility on skolzo.com is a separate subscription — from ₹499/month (Featured) to ₹14,999/month (City Sponsor). Not required to use CRM/ERP.

  • GST on platform invoices

    Skolzo subscription and setup fees are subject to applicable GST (18%) on invoices as per Indian tax rules.

    Quoted plan prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.
